I learned to cook as a child with my grandparents, and I refined my craft with professional training at Le Cordon Bleu in Brazil. That combination lets me create food that feels soulful, polished, and consistently excellent.

My secret is listening closely to what you want and responding in a harmonious, loving way. I believe every menu should feel personal, balanced, and made for the moment.

































We hired Chef Paula and her assistant for a private anniversary dinner at our home and it was honestly one of the coolest experiences ever. We will absolutely do it again. They came fully prepared with everything needed for an incredible Italian meal—fresh ingredients, cookware and even décor. They brought candles, roses for the table, rose petals scattered everywhere, and a beautifully printed menu. It was absolutely stunning. All I had to do was open the door and hand over the kitchen! They handled the cooking, serving, clean-up - everything! We planned for our first course at 6:00 and I literally got a picture of it being served at 6:03. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!! To top it off, they boxed up allllllll the leftovers for us and left my kitchen spotless! If you’re looking for something unique, romantic and stress-free, I can’t recommend Chef Paula enough!
